Chania Talents was founded by Gerry Penford, a recruitment consultant with 12 years of executive search experience. As a company, we have a dual focus dedicated to the Wireless Technology and Security Engineering industry across the United States partnering with companies in the automotive, defense, aerospace and high-tech sectors across the US.

The word 'Chania' means a place to rest and be happy. This word has had a profound impact on my life. I was born in the USA, raised in Africa and have lived in the UK, Asia as well as New Zealand. Through these moves around the world, I have learned that happiness comes in many forms through having a home, health, exercise, sleep but also fulfilling work. My aim as the founder of Chania Talents is to bring 'Chania' to your life for the 40 hours a week you are earning a living.
